A Zone face lift treatment consists of a full facial reflexology session plus various massage techniques. The zone face lift elixir is applied for the treatment and also a gua sha sculpting tool is used as well as a facial roller and rose quartz cooling crystals. For the 12 week programme additional techniques are included for 3 of the sessions such as a facial with a visualisation or a facial with a few pressure points stimulated on the feet.
