I'm a fully qualified, insured holistic therapist based in Holmes Chapel in Cheshire. I have been a therapist for over 15 years.

I offer treatments in the comfort of your own home, allowing you time to relax afterwards so you really feel the benefit of your treatment.

I offer competitive prices as I feel that these kinds of therapies should be easily accessible to anybody and not seen as a luxury or pamper treatment. Many people benefit from having regular weekly or fortnightly appointments.

I volunteer at a local hospital were I work extensively with cancer patients and their carers.

I have trained at The Christie hospital to adapt reflexology to work with people who have cancer. I can adapt my reflexology routine so that it is suitable for people receiving chemotherapy and radiotherapy. I have worked extensively providing treatments for clients suffering with peripheral neuropathy often triggered after receiving treatment for cancer.

Since January 2022 I work for one day per week in a hospice where I provide treatments for clients with various conditions including neurodegenerative diseases such as Alzheimers and Parkinsons.

I have also worked for several years with adults with learning and physical disabilities. I adapt my treatment to suit each individual client, working closely with their carers to establish the best treatment for them.

In addition I have done a specific course to adapt reflexology for lymphatic drainage. This is hugely beneficial for people who have lymphoedema but also has several other benefits. You can read more about this on my treatments page.
